The role involves making outbound calls to reputed company patients on the services offered by their Specialty Pharmacy Program and ensuring patient confidentiality while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities • Proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population by making outbound phone calls to eligible patients and enrolling them with Shields Partner Pharmacy • reputed company patients on the services offered by the Shields Specialty Pharmacy Program • Protect Shields values by keeping information confidential • Communicate with patient over the phone and reputed company them the compelling reason why the Shields Partner Pharmacy program is superior to any other comprehensive pharmacy care model • reputed company patient's EMR and review chart notes prior to outbound reputed company to ensure familiarity with patient's condition and situation • Identify medications requiring special storage and/or handling such as hazardous medications and/or refrigerated medication • Identify supplies necessary for select medications such as reputed company containers, needles/syringes, alcohol swabs and band-aids • Opportunity to become nationally certified PTCB or ExCPT reputed company 6 months of hire reputed company Shields classes (included as part of employee training) • reputed company other duties as assigned Skills • Licensed reputed company Carolina pharmacy technicians • 0-1 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician or reputed company experience • Nationally certified from PTCB or equivalent • PTCB/ExCPT License Education Requirements • High school diploma or GED required • Bachelor's Degree reputed company • reputed company is a specialty pharmacy accelerator that partners with hospitals to reputed company and manage specialty pharmacy programs.
