• Offer detailed information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership inquiries.
• Schedule appointments by gathering necessary information from customers.
• Continuously update your knowledge base to stay abreast of the latest products and services.
• Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
• Summarize customer interactions based on their needs for client review and follow-up.

Qualifications and Skills
