The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, working closely with customers and sellers to resolve queries, address concerns, and foster long-term relationships. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in driving our mission to provide elite service, ensuring that every interaction with blithequark is nothing short of exceptional.

Role Expectations: A Journey of Growth and Development

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll embark on a journey of growth and development, with clear expectations and milestones to guide your progress. Here's an overview of what you can expect in your first 30, 90, and 180 days:

First 30 Days: Laying the Foundation

  • Complete comprehensive new hire orientation, gaining a deep understanding of blithequark's operations and the live event industry.
  • Develop knowledge of ticket marketplaces and your role in delivering great experiences for our customers.
  • Acquire industry insights, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions.

60-90 Days: Taking Ownership and Driving Results

  • Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
  • Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, going beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.
  • Navigate the order queue, determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.
  • Play an active role in continued learning to advance your skill sets and drive individual and team goals.
  • Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
