Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables for branch projects and PA activities
  • Support CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and contribute to the development of progressive enhancements in CAPAS operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve override issues, and participate in enterprise requirement determinations
  • Assist in the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical review part of the member statistics transition process
  • Demonstrate blithequark values, including collaboration and accountability, and drive alignment in matrixed environments
  • Apply strategic thinking, validated reasoning, and sound judgment to CAPAS-associated tasks and projects, articulating risks or concerns as needed

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/opportunity identification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RxClaim, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
  • Experience using MS Access database
  • Self-motivated with a strong, positive attitude, and excellent verbal communication and organizational capabilities

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends or opportunities
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with RxClaim or similar systems
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical concepts to non-technical/lay users
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
