This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files, managing HR databases, ensuring compliance with regulations, and administering employee benefits with accuracy and efficiency. The HR Associate will partner with the HR Generalist to reputed company new employees, facilitate orientation sessions, including benefits education and reputed company other administrative duties as assigned.
