This full-time, non-exempt position is designed for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a keen interest in the automotive industry, and thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. As a Remote Chat Agent at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in professionally acknowledging and responding to customer inquiries via chat and text messages in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
- Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that address customer queries effectively, showcasing your excellent communication skills.
- Engage with conversations promptly, aiming to respond within 1 minute of receipt, to ensure our customers feel valued and supported.
- Identify and report any system errors or anomalies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and technology.
- Meet productivity standards by working a set minimum number of conversations per hour, balancing efficiency with the quality of service.
- Maintain an ERA (Efficiency Rating Average) above 10%, understanding that coaching and support are available to help you achieve and exceed this target, with the awareness that performance below this threshold may result in coaching and possible termination.
- Operate proficiently within multiple software platforms, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
Education and Skills Required
To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of the automobile industry, including knowledge of various makes and models of vehicles. This foundational knowledge will enable you to provide informed and relevant support to our customers. Additionally, you must have access to high-speed internet, as this position is remote and requires reliable connectivity. A high school diploma or GED is also a prerequisite for this role.
