Job Overview

In this dynamic role, you will connect with customers via phone, assisting them with filing claims and vehicle repairs, and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth claims process. Your strong oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills will enable you to provide top-notch service, de-escalate and resolve customer issues, and track all relevant call information for auditing purposes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone to file and document claims for accidents, providing empathetic and professional support
  • Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Communicate with medical providers and insurance entities regarding claims, facilitating effective collaboration and resolution
  • De-escalate and resolve customer issues as necessary, utilizing your excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Track all relevant call information for auditing purposes, maintaining accurate and detailed records

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess an active Adjuster Insurance License and have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. You should be over 18 years of age, have a High School Graduate or GED, and be able to navigate Windows operating systems. Strong oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills are also essential.

  • Customer service experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Proficiency in using desktop computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to type at least 25 wpm and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
