As an Online Adjunct Instructor of Healthcare Administration, you will play a vital role in teaching and guiding adult learners in our Healthcare Administration major. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a syllabus, Canvas course site, and weekly instruction for online courses, utilizing approved textbooks and established learning outcomes
• Instruct and guide students in an efficient and effective manner, maintaining accurate records of student work and attendance
• Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment, grading and returning student work within one week of submission
• Counsel students as needed on their performance and progress in the course, providing constructive feedback and support
• Participate in faculty development and training programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, with a terminal degree preferred.
