Responsibilities
- reputed company outbound collection attempts by phone, mail, and e-mail to resolve delinquent accounts in an ethically responsible manner, mitigating losses and maximizing receivable income.
- Process, follow up, and resolve inbound collection and customer service telephone inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
