About the Role: Restaurant Manager at Disney Springs

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team at Disney Springs. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team members uphold Levy's high hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining positive guest relationships through regular feedback and table visits, ensuring that our show quality standards are consistently met.
  • Training and conveying brand clarity through menu, wine, and beverage knowledge to ensure that our team members are equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Promoting a positive work environment by hiring, selecting, and developing team members, maximizing productivity and morale, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to meet business needs.
  • Maintaining state, federal, and business compliance, including responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety and sanitation standards, and client requirements.
  • Engaging in the financial goals of the operation, with support from the General Manager, to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Employing good safety and sanitation practices, following and enforcing responsible alcohol service policies, and executing required daily reporting in a timely manner.
  • Executing inventory controls, ensuring team members adhere to Levy guidelines, and fulfilling all guest-specific service requests.
  • Ensuring that all function setups and breakdowns are executed correctly, efficiently, and expeditiously, and holding team members accountable for delivering great guest service.
  • Providing guidance and feedback to team members using performance management tools, promoting a cooperative work climate, and maximizing productivity and morale.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position, with a proven track record of success in a high-volume dining establishment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, preferred.
  • High level of computer literacy, with experience in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, guests, and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a similar role in a high-volume dining establishment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with managing a large team.
  • Certifications in food safety, responsible alcohol service, or hospitality management, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Experience with inventory management, labor control, and financial management, with a strong understanding of the importance of driving revenue growth and profitability.
