As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be the face and voice of our brand, delivering personalized support and guidance to our small business customers. **What You'll Do** As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to small business owners and decision-makers through inbound calls, emails, and other channels * Building rapport and understanding customer needs to recommend the right blithequark products and services * Delivering high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the benefits and features of our Small Business Services * Continuously improving key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales * Providing extraordinary customer care by responding to questions and resolving issues in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment * Documenting necessary account information according to established policies and procedures * Maintaining integrity and adhering to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication * Proven success in a customer service and sales environment, with a track record of delivering results and meeting or exceeding sales targets * Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment * Experience owning or working in a small business is a plus * High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred; Education benefits available **Work Environment and Culture** As a blithequark colleague, you'll enjoy a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
