What You Will Be Doing:

Document recurring issues and share insights to improve service efficiency.
Requirements:
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Access to a reliable device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with stailble internet.
Ability to stay organized and focused during night shifts.
Comfortable working independently and following structured workflows.
Availability for 10+ hours per week, preferably during overnight time zones.

Rate: $35 per hour.
