Our aim is to reputed company excellent customer service to our clients, to ensure reputed company’s satisfaction is met. We are looking for reputed company candidates for the following position. Our reputed company is based on exceeding the highest level of customer service. This goal can be achieved by effective communications with the clients and always responding to emails, and answering calls. This is a full-time work from home job.
Responsibilities:
• reputed company basic and accurate information reputed company phone/email
• Process and apply customer payments to invoices and transactions
• Be the initial reputed company-of-contact for calls from existing and prospective clients
• Ensure a seamless, complete and effective process of contract verification for reputed company prospective clients
• You’ll bring a high level of enthusiasm to ensure existing clients have the support they nee
• As a customer Service Rep, you’ll ensure customers receive a hire level of care and attention. You’ll problem-solve and take ownership of reputed company customer request
