As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking aRemote Event and Experience Planner (Part-Time)to support the design, coordination, and execution of client events that inspire, engage, and deliver measurable results.
Position Overview
TheEvent and Experience Plannerwill manage the planning and execution of virtual and hybrid events from concept to completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and an understanding of event logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events (virtual, hybrid, and occasional in-person) aligned with client goals and brand identity.
Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Develop event proposals, schedules, and checklists to ensure seamless execution.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and logistics for catering, tech platforms, and entertainment.
Oversee event registration, communication, and attendee engagement strategies.
Support on-site and virtual event delivery, including troubleshooting and tech coordination.
Track post-event metrics, gather feedback, and provide performance reports.
Maintain accurate budget records and ensure all invoices are processed on time.
Assist with marketing collateral, invitations, and promotional materials for events.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degreein Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of experiencein event planning, corporate events, or experiential marketing (virtual event experience a plus).
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely across time zones if needed.
Preferred Skills
Experience in virtual event production or hybrid event coordination.
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for event collateral.
Background in hospitality, marketing, or corporate communications.
Comfortable engaging with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
