TheEvent and Experience Plannerwill manage the planning and execution of virtual and hybrid events from concept to completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and an understanding of event logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events (virtual, hybrid, and occasional in-person) reputed company with reputed company goals and brand identity.
Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Manage vendor relationships, reputed company, and logistics for catering, tech platforms, and entertainment.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
