Scheduling Assistant

We are seeking a detail orientated and customer focused Scheduling Assistant to support our Imaging Department across Long Prairie, Melrose, Sauk Centre and Paynesville. Responsibilities include: • Schedule imaging appointments efficiently and accurately • Answer incoming calls from patients, providers, clinicians and staff • Maintain up-to-date schedules to meet departmental needs • Assist departments with project development, management and implementation • Communicate effectively and professionally in alignment with CentraCare’s standards of performance Schedule • Full-time | 80 hours every 2 weeks | Work from home after in-person training • Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Pay and Benefits • Minimum hourly rate of $18.40 per hour; exact rate of pay determined by years of related experience • Pay range: $18.40 - $27.61 per hour • Full-time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! • Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Qualifications • High school diploma or GED • Minimum of two years of scheduling experience • Minimum of one year of customer service experience • Approximately 4 weeks in-office before work from home CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
