Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering superior customer experiences to our consumer card members. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and solutions to our customers via phone, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be adaptable to changing situations and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer experience on calls to consumer card members, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Resolve all customer queries and follow established procedures as appropriate, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge to find solutions
  • Provide options and follow superior service call handling skills to ensure the best possible solutions and first-call resolution (FCR) to card members
  • Identify the mood, profile, and needs of the customer and leverage that information to provide the most appropriate benefits/products to the customer while being compliant with laid-down guidelines
  • Deliver to customer, employee, and shareholder metrics as per goals, highlighting issues through feedback and recommending changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels based on customer demands
  • Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in providing excellent customer service, with a strong background in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. You should possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. Additionally, you should be customer-focused, with a strong ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations.

  • Demonstrated dependability and self-motivating skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Ability to work 24/7 and rotational shifts, including night shifts, and be flexible with your schedule to meet the needs of our customers
