Job Overview

We are looking for two talented customer support representatives to work together as a team, providing 7-day coverage to our customers. The ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with customers, and a strong capacity for independent work. As a customer support representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, working closely with our overseas admin team, and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless handling of listings and support tickets
  • Manage your workload independently, taking responsibility for your tasks and ensuring timely completion
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing kind and helpful support to resolve their issues
  • Contribute to the development of our customer support processes, suggesting improvements and enhancements as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
