Our MSP Operations Manager is accountable for: • Managing escalations and operations, and meeting KPIs and SLAs • High level problem solving, supplier management, and program compliance • Assisting with SOW management and processing • Running performance reports via MS Excel • Managing a team of Talent Supply Chain Consultants Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred • SOW experience is required • Experience in analyzing and trending large amounts of data • Strong ability to drive positive results and retain focus and motivation to ensure consistent output • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, interpersonal and decision making • Excellent time management and organization skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize with strong attention to detail • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with peers and colleagues on projects, solutions, and issues • Strong people management skills with the ability to put trust and empowerment in all reports • Independent and strategic thinker Seeking minimum of 7 years of MSP account management, operations, or service delivery in a customer account.
