[Remote] Corporate Recruiter, Beauty

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC partners with prestigious beauty brands and is seeking a Corporate Recruiter with a passion for connecting talent in the beauty industry. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, conducting interviews, and maintaining a diverse candidate pool within the Retail and Fashion industries. Responsibilities • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by identifying, qualifying and placing talent for beauty roles based on skills, attributes, experience and budgets. • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews, reviewing portfolios and skill assessments • Develop and maintain a qualified and diverse candidate pool within the Retail and Fashion industries. • Candidate ideally has a strong network of top talent for future opportunities nationwide. • Recruit professionals for positions within the fashion industry by direct sourcing calls, networking, and internet research. Skills • Experience with an ATS such as Bullhorn required. • Experience in full-cycle recruitment and an active network within beauty required. • Knowledge of beauty brand partnerships (ex: Target), Amazon marketplace platforms, Shopify (D2C or B2B). • Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Outstanding follow-up skills with attention to detail. • Highly effective communicator with the ability to achieve established goals. • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Candidate ideally has a strong network of top talent for future opportunities nationwide.
