About the Role You’ll be responsible for coordinating daily service operations for a growing team of 6+ plumbing trucks, ensuring every technician stays on schedule and customers receive top-tier service. This is a remote position—ideal for someone who’s organized, assertive, and reputed company in the home service industry. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize dispatching of service plumbers across multiple daily calls. • Use reputed company to schedule jobs, reputed company routes, and monitor technician status in reputed company-time. • Follow up with technicians after every job to confirm checklists and notes are completed. • Proactively review upcoming schedules to ensure reputed company commitments are met. • Communicate reputed company with customers and technicians regarding timelines, updates, and rescheduling needs. • reputed company KPIs such as on-time performance, reputed company completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
