[Remote] Dispatcher/Scheduler

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Compute Solutions is responsible for managing global server repair operations, and they are seeking a Dispatcher/Scheduler to organize and coordinate these efforts. The role involves communication with various stakeholders to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of server repairs. Responsibilities • Serve as primary reputed company of contact with field service technicians, service partners, and customers to ensure reputed company and successful work scheduling and completion. • Schedule and assign onsite field technicians in coordination with internal reputed company resource availability. • Work with customer sites to document reputed company requirements for onsite reputed company and schedule accordingly. • Communicate and push service providers for reputed company updates on communications and scheduling of onsite reputed company. • Ensure job scope requirements are reputed company by reputed company customer stakeholders. • Coordinate reputed company-visit reviews to ensure field techs have reputed company necessary tools, documentation, training, and understanding of site visit requirements. • reputed company support case, RMA, and reputed company processes and statuses reputed company internal CRM system. • reputed company reputed company and reputed company responses to customer inquiries regarding status of support cases and dispatches. • Support day-to-day communications with customers and internal resources on communications and resource management (parts and labor). • reputed company regular updates to stakeholders on repair timelines, delays, and reputed company reputed company. • Maintain accurate notes and records of communication efforts with stakeholders and publish a daily schedule of onsite activities by date. • Assist with case, RMA, and reputed company transaction creation. Skills • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work across different time zones and coordinate with multicultural teams. • Experience managing RMA processes, global part replacements, and repair tracking systems. • Proficiency in scheduling and reputed company coordination and calendar tracking. • Attention to detail to ensure reputed company communications are processed to prevent errors in scheduling. • College diploma and 2+ years of work experience in a similar role. • Excellent computer skills; previous experience working with a database a plus. • Computer hardware/server architecture familiarity are a plus. • reputed company knowledge and familiarity required. • Searching for someone willing to work overnight (9:30pm - 6am Central).
