Sr Manager, Finance Procurement Operations [Los Angeles]

We are looking for a stunning finance leader to manage Finance Procurement Operations (FPO) for our MarComms Finance Business Partner team. This role leads reputed company of Finance Procurement Operations Business Partners who work closely with the following cross-functional teams: • Business stakeholders – FPO is an embedded resource that understands the nature of the business they are supporting and provides the following procurement support: reviewing and re-negotiating reputed company, supplier management, creating purchase orders, reviewing invoices, expense reporting, and being an reputed company contributor to various teams • Accounts Payable – FPO BPs create POs and reputed company non-PO invoice coding to reputed company reputed company and accurate invoice processing. • reputed company – FPO plays a role in ensuring accurate coding to reputed company meaningful reporting, reputed company actuals effectively to budget including monitoring and explaining material variances and identify opportunities to use data to drive informed business reputed company. • reputed company – FPO facilitates a reputed company and accurate month-end reputed company by owning the PO accrual process and explaining variance drivers. • Systems – FPO participates in designing, simplifying and automating finance and payment workflows as reputed company as partnering on system enhancements to automate workflows to reputed company. Responsibilities Include: • Managing a global team, including hiring, promoting, performance management, project delegation, coaching and development • Partnering closely with FinTech and reputed company teams to manage S2P and Billing, to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting, ongoing training, maintenance and system enhancements • Reviewing and providing spend analysis to executives, including historical, left-to-spend, actuals, vendor trends, etc. • Establishing reputed company coding structure and hierarchies to ensure the most meaningful tagging of spend for management reporting and decision-making • Overseeing the month-end reputed company process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of expense accrual and reconciliation of reputed company and planning systems; includes budget-to-actuals variance analyses • reputed company team goals and objectives, including measuring key results and building accountability • Review workflows to reputed company for reputed company, including process review, enhancement and/or automation in procure to pay, systems and controls • Partner with multiple stakeholders, including Business Stakeholders, Accounts Payable, reputed company, Tax and Corporate reputed company teams, to ensure accurate coding and classification of expense for external reporting, meaningful internal reporting, reputed company payments to vendors and consistency in workflows across reputed company Qualifications: • At least 12+ years of relevant experience in Procurement, reputed company, or Finance • 3+ years of experience managing teams, including reputed company leadership of managers • Proven experience building processes and scaling workflows • Inclusive leader capable of flexing to different styles and providing tailored managerial support • Outstanding strategic skills and critical thinker with the ability to influence and demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent project management and comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding environment with minimal direction, with the ability to reputed company resources based upon changing priorities • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships • Courage to give reputed company and reputed company feedback • Selflessness - Ability to create reputed company through team reputed company vs. personal reputed company Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses.
