Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls (and some inbound) to assist patients and providers. • Review/process prior authorization requests for medications, services, and procedures. • Verify eligibility, benefits, and coverage with insurance carriers. • Partner with physicians, pharmacies, and payers to obtain required documentation. • Meet accuracy, reputed company, and turnaround-time standards. • Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow company policies. • Document reputed company activities thoroughly for tracking and audits.
