Supervisor, CoE Learning Design – Development
Job Description:
• Manage a team of instructional designers
• Design and develop innovative learning solutions
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning products
• Collaborate with program owners and stakeholders to align efforts
• Stay ahead of learning technology trends and evaluate solution effectiveness
Requirements:
• Supervises a team of instructional designers
• Designs and develops advanced learning experiences (ILT, vILT, eLearning, etc.)
• Manages multiple instructional design projects with timelines and quality benchmarks
• Evaluates learning solution effectiveness and recommends improvements
