Fitness Client Success Manager (Women's Weight Loss Online Program Coach)

We’re hiring a new coach for our female-focused fitness coaching company! We are a company who specializes in weightloss for women, without restrictions or working out 6-7 days a week. We are an online coaching company that helps busy women in the US lose weight, build muscle, and feel empowered to live their best lives. This is a fully remote role. This is currently a part time position that will eventually become full time as we are enrolling new clients everyday. We are searching for an experienced, caring, dynamic, and results-driven coach to join our team! To qualify for this role, you must: Hold an industry-recognized certified personal training (bonus for additional psychology or coaching certifications)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ Comfortable with assigning and creating workout regimens Are confident working with clients using a macro and habit-based approach Communicate exceptionally well in writing and have strong time management skills Are open to building up to full-time (40 hours/week) over time Are flexible, coachable, and eager to follow proven systems for success Able to adapt and assign plans on Kahunas platform. Compensation: $25 per hour 2 hours of pay per active client per month. This means you'll be paid 2 hours whether it takes you 1 hour 15 minutes or 2 hours 15 minutes to complete the work. Core Responsibilities: Weekly 5-minute Loom video check-ins per client Onboarding call with each new client Daily chat support to clients 15-minute 1:1 video calls with each client (as needed) Weekly and monthly team check-in calls Reviewing client weekly submissions and progress General administration and client tracking tasks You'll start off with a small number of clients, and as you settle in and demonstrate success and alignment with our company values, we’ll gradually send more your way.
