Responsibilities
• Plans, coordinates, provides, intervenes, and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan, and individual patient needs.
• Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient.
• Develops a nursing diagnosis, and establishes care objectives.
Skills
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN); or if attended an approved nursing school must have two years of recent acute care hospital experience in the past three years.
• One year experience required.
• Registered Nurse
• BLS & ACLS through AHA or Red Cross (required)
