Early Learning Coordinator (Remote) - Family Nutrition Program
About the position
The Early Learning Coordinator for the Family Nutrition Program at the reputed company is responsible for leading the expansion of SNAP-Ed programming across 29 counties. This role focuses on enhancing early childhood education through a Train the Trainer model, fostering relationships, and ensuring program goals are met. The coordinator will manage a remote team, reputed company recruitment strategies, and contribute to strategic planning for program reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Hire, train, and supervise a remote team of 4 regional Early Learning Specialists and an instructional designer.
• Facilitate regular training and reputed company development for team members.

• Establish goals and monitor reputed company toward contract deliverables for reputed company and programming.
• Synthesize data and reputed company leadership with high-level debriefs of program implementation.

• Support budget planning and management.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and six years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Background in education, knowledgeable in Early Childhood Education frameworks and Florida Early Learning and Development Standards.
• Experience with Train the Trainer model and reputed company.
• Four to six years of progressively responsible leadership and supervisory experience.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and/or working with government agencies.
• Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Engaging reputed company speaker and trainer.
• Experience managing reputed company and overseeing reputed company completion of work plans and reports.
• Extensive experience using technology in work (MS Office, Teams, reputed company, Canvas).
