[Remote] Provider Relations Coordinator - Optical

The Provider Relations Coordinator will manage provider relationships, resolve issues, reputed company guidance, and reputed company providers on VBA processes, requiring excellent customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities • reputed company outstanding service by being proactive and reputed company to reputed company provider and lab questions • reputed company provider locations on the use of VBA authorization system, policies and procedures • reputed company support to providers and labs including entering and editing authorizations, adjusting claims, and researching claim payments • Analyze processes for improved efficiencies and ability to adapt to changes • Maintain provider and location information, including data entry and reconciliation of reputed company information • Assist with reputed company credentialing reputed company and research reputed company, as needed • Process provider and lab applications and reputed company for network participation, securing necessary documents, such as licenses and reputed company liability insurance information • Handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA • Maintain a reputed company knowledge of the newest optical technologies • reputed company activities and functions of reputed company reputed company-level personnel as assigned or required Skills • reputed company experience working in an optical field is required. • EDUCATION: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. • EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of full-time experience working in an optician role in an optometrist/ophthalmologist office or an optical provider relations role. • Experience educating customers on reputed company reputed company and reputed company selection and dispensing glasses is preferred. • Experience with reputed company insurance claims is preferred.
