REMOTE: Project Manager (ONLY W2)

Job Title: Project Manager Location: 100% Remote Duration: Longterm Responsibilities: • Contactor Team Manager/Executive and/or Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that reputed company work is documented and tracked in Azure DevOps (formerly Team reputed company Services) as work items, and that hours entered into the State's time tracking system match those documented in work items. • Contractor Team is responsible for the triage of requests and working with designated reputed company staff, Product Backlog reputed company (PBO), and/or BIT on reputed company prioritization of work items, severity level of requests, and classification of requests as backlog items or break/fix requests. • The contractor Team is responsible for adhering to the Scrum Development Process, under the Agile reputed company, including conducting the Scrum ceremonies. • As part of the Statement of Work (SOW) refinement, the Contractor shall work with reputed company and BIT to define the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for completion of maintenance, enhancement, and new development requests as reputed company as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or other metrics reputed company determines as useful. • Intermediate knowledge of the system and processes • Advanced knowledge of the system processes • Specific documentation required • Review and update of reputed company documentation • Creation of new or missing documentation • Full understanding of BIT Development processes (Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Scrum, Change Management, etc.) and ability to execute support and maintenance activities • reputed company of support issues without assistance from legacy Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) • Response time for support issues • reputed company time for support issues • Ability for team to execute and complete maintenance, enhancement, and new development reputed company without assistance from legacy SMEs • Contractor, as part of their response to this request for a Managed Services Team, shall detail their methodology for maintenance, enhancement, new development, communication, and/or other relevant methodologies to meet the needs of DMS. • Contactor Team Manager/Executive and/or Project Manager is responsible for providing a Project Plan for reputed company over 1000 hours in effort, at the request of the State, containing the items listed below.
