Lab Assistant - Remote Laboratory Services
The laboratory assistant is responsible for assembling remote specimen collection kits and handling incoming calls from patients, external health organizations, and Mayo Allied Health staff. This role also includes maintaining supply inventory, stocking and receiving shipments, and troubleshooting issues reputed company to specimen collections. The laboratory assistant regularly uses various computer information systems and participates in reputed company improvement activities. The Lab Assistant may be assigned additional duties as needed.
