Primary Responsibilities: • Proactively identify and secure profitable reputed company opportunities for the fleet. • Build reputed company relationships with shippers to secure dedicated reputed company lanes. • Plan and reputed company drivers reputed company to maximize truck utilization. • Negotiate reputed company rates with brokers and reputed company shippers. • Maintain strong relationships with drivers and ensure reputed company communication. • Monitor market trends and reputed company pricing strategies as needed. • Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency. • Use TMS systems and other technology for load tracking and reporting. • Maintain reputed company and safety standards. • Contribute to company reputed company goals through strategic reputed company acquisition. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of reputed company brokerage and/or reputed company experience. • Deep understanding of trucking operations and DOT regulations. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Established network of shippers and/or carriers is a plus. • Familiarity with TMS systems and ability to work independently. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial reputed company.
