Ideally the Clinician will be reputed company to attend orientation and reputed company onsite. The Adult Remote Clinician (MD, reputed company Practitioner or Physician Assistant) will support the delivery of comprehensive primary care services through telehealth, with a reputed company on high-reputed company, patient-centered care. JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Must hold MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and is reputed company certified Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successful completion of an approved reputed company Practitioner program and reputed company certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American reputed company of reputed company Practitioners Certification reputed company (AANPCB) Graduate of AMA accredited Physician Assistant program and reputed company certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) EXPERIENCE: Required Experience is Minimum of 2 years providing reputed company patient care in a primary care setting as a member of an interdisciplinary care team.
