Job Summary We're looking for experienced customer service professionals to join our AppleCare team as Consultants. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues for our clients via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and passion for customer satisfaction will make you a valuable asset to our team.
