This role is pivotal in leading the marketing team, managing growth strategies, and ensuring that all marketing efforts are cohesive, brand-building, and aligned with the company's objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for go-to-market strategy, marketing strategy, lead generation, and sales support, as well as championing a dynamic culture that is in line with the company's values and mission. Collaboration with the executive team and external partners is essential, and the CMO will be expected to have a strong understanding of the customer journey, financial acumen, and the ability to inspire and lead a team. To succeed in this role, the CMO must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in strategic marketing, preferably in a healthcare setting, with a focus on acquisition and engagement. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
