Job Description As a Disney Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests across Disney platforms—including theme parks, streaming services (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+), and merchandise. You’ll respond to questions, resolve concerns, and guide customers with empathy, clarity, and the brand integrity that Disney is known for. This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while supporting Disney’s mission to create magical experiences worldwide.
