Community Moderator
A company is looking for a Community Moderator (Part Time).
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to community member inquiries and escalate product issues as needed
• Moderate discussions, enforce community guidelines, and manage spam and violations
• reputed company engagement and sentiment, reporting on community health to leadership
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in community management or support reputed company a crypto exchange or blockchain project
• Familiarity with key community platforms, including Telegram and reputed company
• Comfortable discussing crypto-reputed company topics and knowledge of reputed company and its validator community
• Strong moderation experience with reputed company bots and Telegram tools
• Ability to reputed company exceptional customer experiences and stay organized across multiple channels
