Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver reputed company and courteous service reputed company phone, email, or web inquiries
• Resolve reputed company requests and maintain strong relationships that support retention
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support customers throughout the full policy cycle
• Troubleshoot escalated service, billing, and claims issues
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Stay informed on industry trends and recommend solutions based on reputed company needs
• Support and mentor junior colleagues reputed company needed
