Airbnb Co-Host Needed for Remote Guest Messaging in Cairo

I’m looking for a proactive and trustworthy Airbnb Co-Host based in Cairo to help manage a self check-in apartment using a smart lock. The ideal candidate will handle guest communication, coordinate with the cleaner, and make sure the apartment remains in excellent condition after every stay. This is a remote-support role with some light coordination duties within Cairo (cleaner or maintenance team only – no guest-facing in-person tasks). Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to guest messages on Airbnb (inquiries, questions, requests) - Send check-in instructions (smart lock code, directions, Wi-Fi, house rules, etc.) - Coordinate with the cleaner after each check-out to ensure the apartment is spotless - Review cleaner photos/videos to confirm everything is in place and damage-free - Notify me immediately of any damage or missing items - Keep the calendar accurate and monitor check-in/check-out schedule - Follow up with guests to ensure smooth check-in and stay - Monitor and respond to guest reviews Guest Experience Support Includes: - Sharing location & directions - Sending smart lock code + how to use it - Check-in/check-out timings and instructions - House rules, Wi-Fi password, nearby tips Requirements: - Must be based in Cairo (for communication with cleaner or handyman if needed) - Fluent in English and Arabic - Very responsive (within 1 hour during active bookings) - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with Airbnb app, and smart lock systems - Ability to coordinate cleaning and check apartment condition remotely (photos, video) Nice to Have: - Previous Airbnb, hospitality, or co-hosting experience - Knowledge of Turno (TurnoverBnB) or cleaner scheduling tools - Tech-savvy (Google Drive, Sheets, messaging templates, etc.) Compensation: - Fixed monthly retainer + bonus based on 5-star reviews - Pay increases possible based on performance and number of bookings - Flexible part-time hours (approx. 1-2 hours/day) To Apply: - Please send a short message including: - Your location and availability - Any Airbnb or property management experience - Experience coordinating cleaners or similar roles - Why you're a good fit for this role Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
