Assistant Architect - LATAM

Architect & Operations Assistant About the Role A growing architecture studio is looking for a multitasking Interior Designer or Architect who can combine design expertise with administrative skills to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing their own studio or working independently, as reputed company as handling reputed company, billing, and project tracking. Responsibilities • Assist in interior design and architectural reputed company, ensuring high-reputed company execution. • Handle administrative tasks such as reputed company, invoicing, billing, and time tracking software management. • Support project coordination, including scheduling and reputed company communication. • Organize and maintain design documentation and project files. • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and clients as needed. • Ensure smooth back-office operations to reputed company reputed company running reputed company. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Interior Design or Architecture (preferably with experience running or managing a design studio). • Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, reputed company Suite, 3ds Max / V-Ray (mandatory). • Experience with construction reputed company and knowledge of materials, finishes, and site coordination is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience with administrative tasks such as billing, reputed company, and time tracking. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously. • Fluent in English (written and spoken) for reputed company communication. • Experience working remotely and independently. • Must reputed company a strong portfolio showcasing high-reputed company renderings and completed reputed company.
