Customer Service Representative – Spanish/English Bilingual
Job reputed company:
• Responsible for receiving calls from child support reputed company stakeholders in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
• Categorizing reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided
• Record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls
• Be responsible for other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least one-year prior experience in an area of customer service, reputed company center, service delivery, or other reputed company fields.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• Must be proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, 10-key pad
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Office
• Full Time - Must have availability from 7:30am -6:00pm ET, Monday - Friday
• Must have Private area to work and reputed company to set-up equipment and High Speed Internet reputed company
• Contingent on passing a background reputed company and a drug test.
