Requirements
• 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
• 5+ years of experience in leadership role overseeing a global recruiting function
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Expertise in all facets of talent acquisition (operations, selection, workforce planning)
• Proficiency with modern talent acquisition technology stack
• Strong analytical acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights
