As the Aztec Salesforce Administrator, you will participate in the design and development of a new Salesforce implementation. You will build forms and workflows to support Aztec’s business and migrate data from Aztec’s current Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. Post migration You will manage and enhance our Salesforce system’s functionality, work closely with various team members to understand business needs, and implement solutions. Your role is vital in maintaining system integrity, enhancing user experience, and ensuring the delivery of key insights to drive business decisions. Responsibilities • Understand the commercial operation, challenges, and objectives of Aztec; improve their operation through Salesforce administration and consultation. • Administer and maintain the Salesforce system, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability. • Create, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes. • Create and manage custom applications, objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards. • Configure and customize the Salesforce to meet the needs of various departments, including creating fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards. • Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools. • Identify and resolve data anomalies, maintaining high data integrity. • Provide support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency. • Oversee data import, export, and cleansing processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information within the Salesforce system. • Generate Salesforce reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. • Maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures. Requirements and skills • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience • Experience working directly with various business teams and implementing their requirements in the Salesforce system. • Ability to administer and configure a Salesforce system (roles. custom objects, workflows, permissions, etc.). • Familiarity with automating business processes, creating reports/dashboards, and data analysis/modeling. • Knowledge in designing, building, and implementing custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce Platform. • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and maintenance. • Experience with data management and data quality assurance. • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and API usage. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Certifications: (Preferred) • Salesforce Administrator • Salesforce Advanced Administrator • Salesforce Platform Builder Sales Enablement Aztec Sales Manager iGrad Sales Manager Salesforce Admin Account Manager (CA) Sales Enablement Aztec Sales Manager iGrad Sales Manager Salesforce Admin Account Manager (CA) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
