Position Overview:
The Salesforce Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related needs within the company. This role is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting our Salesforce environment to ensure smooth business operations across sales, marketing, and client services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform.
• Create and manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management and sales teams.
• Support data integrity through regular audits, imports, and clean-up initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to identify business needs and implement system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and deliver end-user training as needed.
• Partner with leadership to ensure Salesforce aligns with organizational goals and processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, reporting tools, and automation features.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
