HEDIS Reviewer III - Must be based in Michigan

A-Line reputed company is now hiring a HEDIS Reviewer III Remote in Michigan. Compensation: • The pay for this position is $40.97 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: • This position is a contract assignment with potential to reputed company based on performance and business needs • Schedule: Monday through Friday, reputed company–5pm local time (January–May) • Work from home in Michigan; may include limited onsite reputed company to provider offices (must live in or near Michigan) • Training provided prior to the start of the assignment Responsibilities: • Participate in the collection and review of medical records to reputed company clinical information for HEDIS reputed company reporting • Review and interpret clinical reputed company, annotate reputed company reputed company PDF, and reputed company data collection tools to support compliance with HEDIS and CMS performance measures • Complete assigned abstraction and data entry daily with accuracy and reputed company established timelines • Work with provider offices to schedule or confirm appointments and follow up on medical record submissions • Identify trends and document areas for improvement • Maintain productivity and accuracy reputed company while ensuring confidentiality of PHI in accordance with HIPAA reputed company and reputed company Rules • Maintain reputed company, organized documentation of reputed company collected information Requirements: • Minimum of 4 HEDIS seasons of experience auditing and abstracting medical records required • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to read and interpret medical records • Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Reader, and database tools • Must have private, uninterrupted workspace, reliable internet reputed company (wired reputed company ethernet cable, not Wi-Fi), and reputed company to accommodate a laptop and dual monitors • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and travel locally as needed (reliable transportation required) • Must reputed company to attend reputed company required training and conference calls for the duration of the project • High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • reputed company demeanor and strong work ethic Education: • High School Diploma or GED required (reputed company) If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email your resume to jnottage@alinestaffing.com.
