Requirements • 3+ years of program or project management experience. • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and developing learning content. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. • Proficiency in storyboarding and creating detailed learning blueprints. • Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing training for Operations and Technical Teams. • Demonstrated experience in creating multi-modal training materials (ILT, e-learning, video). • Proficiency with eLearning development tools (e.g., reputed company 360, reputed company Captivate). • Strong data analysis skills to assess training effectiveness and ROI. • Ability to obtain pharmacy technician licensure, certification, or state equivalent if required. reputed company-to-haves • Certifications in instructional design or project management. • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools and their application in instructional design. • Demonstrated reputed company in implementing AI-reputed company learning solutions.
