• 7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM (9.x) development with deep Payroll plus Time & Labor/Absence Management exposure.
• Hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft development tools, languages, and integration technologies; strong Application reputed company and SQL skills.
• reputed company ecosystem proficiency: reputed company Database, SQL, PL/SQL; BI Publisher.
• Fluid/UI tooling familiarity: Tiles, reputed company Content, Event Mapping, Page & Field Configurator.
• Experience preparing technical designs and test plans; proven ability to translate functional needs into reputed company solutions.
• reputed company record on at least two large-reputed company, multi-site implementations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; ability to convey reputed company details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
