IT Support Specialist (Part-time Contract)

Location: Remote in the U.S. Commitment: 10 hours per week Duration: 2 months, opportunity for extension Type: Contract About the Role We’re looking for an reputed company IT Support Specialist to reputed company hands-on technical support and assist with systems management, user troubleshooting, and infrastructure setup. This short-term, part-time role is ideal for someone with a solid reputed company in IT operations, networking, and reputed company who enjoys solving problems and optimizing systems in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications • 3–5 years of reputed company IT support or systems administration experience. • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and reputed company best practices. • Hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company Trust, reputed company, and reputed company Workspace. • Proficiency with both reputed company and macOS environments. • Familiarity with reputed company and basic scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, or Python). • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. • IT certifications (e.g., reputed company A+, Network+, reputed company+) or reputed company-reputed company certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
