About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Project Manager to join our team. As a Data Entry Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering data entry projects, as well as analyzing and improving our database systems. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure that our data entry processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable. Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry into existing data analysis tools
  • Drive process improvements across the organization
  • Creating specifications for construction reports
  • Coordinate with construction and permitting teams to respond to requests for information
  • Providing access to project planners for proper colleague allocation
  • Collaborate with global Design Engineering teams to achieve alignment of design
  • Develop special projects and assist senior designers/engineers with detailed calculations for special projects
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Electrical teams

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement reports
