About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Virtual Assistant to our CEO. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, with a particular focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads management. Your excellent written English skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, coordinate tasks, and deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives
- Develop and implement Google Ads strategies, including Google Adwords and Shopping campaigns
- Communicate directly with clients through our project management system, providing exceptional customer support and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring seamless execution and meeting deadlines
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including tasks such as data entry, email management, and scheduling appointments
- Utilize graphic design skills to create visual content on Canva or similar platforms
- Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team, ensuring high-quality content and attention to detail
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies
- Contribute to lead generation and follow-up activities, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships
Essential Requirements
- Based in the Philippines, with excellent written English skills and experience working with English-speaking employers or clients
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads management, or a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Google Certification is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power and a suitable work environment
- Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms
- Knowledge of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research is a plus, but not essential
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform marketing strategies
- Experience with project management tools, such as Basecamp, and time tracking software, such as Hubstaff
