[Remote] Administrative Assistant, Institutional Cash Management
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mariner is a company seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Institutional Cash Management. The role involves operational support, document processing, and project coordination related to cash management activities.
Responsibilities
• New client onboarding
• Monthly/daily/weekly ICM operating activities
• Work with Clearwater Analytics to address client accounting questions
• Assist director with various ad hoc projects and support where needed
Skills
• Some college with an emphasis in a financial field of study
• Customer service supporting financial clients or interacting with financial services and systems
• Positive attitude and exceptional client service demeanor
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take direction from various individuals
• Great organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn financial operating systems
• 2+ years in a similar role
